Senior Loss Prevention Engineer
Requirements:
- Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 7 - 15 years’ experience for the Senior Loss Prevention Engineer position
- Experience and knowledge of loss prevention, safety and risk analysis
- Knowledge of design criteria, technical standards, methodologies and tools to be applied for a safe and reliable project design.
- Knowledge of methodologies to identify hazards, to assess safety risk.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the project: internal/external
- Strong leadership and excellent English language skills
Job descriptions:
- Execute some project design activities and prepare documents of Loss Prevention engineering under the coordination of the lead, e.g. HAC; safety equipment layout; firefighting equipment layout, escape, evacuation and rescue layout.
- Familiar with consequence modeling tools such as PHAST, PIPENET and FLARESIM, HYSIS, methodology.
- Prepare the specification for passive fire protection (fireproofing) and fire and gas detection systems, perform the safety integrity levels verification
- Execute the hydraulic calculation for the fire water network, Perform the risks analysis and the safety and reliability studies
- Capability to handle subcontracted work packages defining the scope of work, the milestones and documentation deliverables.
