REQUIREMENTS:
- Male, with minimum age of 35 years old
- Must have formal technical or management training.
- A Bachelor degree in engineering or business is preferred
- Must have valid IADC/Well Control and MIGAS Certificate.
- Other certificates (H2S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer.
- 10+ years progressive experience of drilling operations.
- 5+ years as Superintendent.
- Onshore drilling knowledge
- Knowledge of industry codes and regulations
- Man management experience
- Leadership and employee development skills, able to lead, motivate coach and mentor.
- The ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
